Aaron Goodro, Pastor
Pastor Aaron Goodro began his ministry with First Baptist Church of Plaistow in June of 2013 and has worked with churches in Southern New Hampshire for over fifteen years. His view of “church” is not associated with a building or an isolated group of people. Instead, it is a gathering of people who seek to grow in their faith in Jesus while caring for one another and those they interact with in their daily lives. Aaron works actively towards this end, seeking to help FBC Plaistow be a welcoming congregation to people in all types of life situations. He values sharing life’s moments, times of joy and times of sorrow, with people in need. He is always interested in how our life stories coincide with God’s story of grace and mercy.
A native of New England, Aaron is married and has two children. He is also an avid drummer and percussionist, playing frequently in churches, clubs and theaters in the area. He can be easily contacted through e-mail (Aaron@fbcplaistow.org) or by contacting the church office.
Justin Knowlton, Music Minister
Justin has been the Music Minister at First Baptist Church of Plaistow since February of 2016. Having studied music and piano accompaniment for 22 years, he strives to regularly incorporate a multitude of styles into everyday worship service including: traditional hymns, modern praise and worship, gospel, and many others. An accomplished theater and choral music director, Justin is at home behind a piano. With work up and down the eastern side of New England, his music is often heard in a variety of venues, and for a variety of audiences. None though fill his passion for music and worship as that of First Baptist Church of Plaistow.
Having grown up in Amesbury, Massachusetts, Justin and his loving wife Rebecca have two young sons. Outside of musical theater and music director, he also works for an orthodontic laboratory in Andover, MA. Justin can be reached at Justin@fbcplaistow.org.
